| This is a fabulous home office walk in closet that became a catch all for lots of paper piles everywhere, including the floor. When the client didn't want to lose important papers for projects he was working on he would place them in a bag, which you see several of on the floor. With this much potential storage space there should have been a place for his many ongoing projects and papers. Also this client kept his printer in an inconvenient roll out drawer under his desk. He had to get down on his hands and knees to access it for use and maintenance. We moved the printer and printing supplies into closet, and weeded out lots of binders of outdated information, unused books, and relocated personal mementos. We also set up a new filing system to help control all of those papers! |
| To solve the problems we removed everything and put back only food items or kitchen related tools. As we replaced the food, we put items such as cereal and bread down low for the kids to have easy access on their own. Snack foods were grouped in see through containers but were placed a little further out of reach. Client still wanted kids to ask for these things first! |
